MEET THE TEACHER NIGHT!!!

Valley View Junior High School hosted our Meet the Teacher Night on Tuesday, September 17,
2019. Our campus doors opened at 4:30 pm for this event where we hosted approximately 500
parents and students. Our administrators and several teachers greeted our parents in the main
building where they picked up progress reports at the counselor’s stations and then proceeded

to their children’s classrooms.
Our teachers had an opportunity to discuss classroom expectations and school policies with
parents. They asked for parental support and continued communication to ensure their
children’s success in the classroom. Similarly, parents were able to express any concerns
speci c to their children and to discuss curriculum and classroom practices to better assist

their children at home with assignments and homework.
We would like to extend a great big THANK YOU to all the people involved in making this a
great success. Valley View JH faculty, staff, parents, and teachers have shown their
commitment to our students’ education year after year and for that we are truly grateful.
