FRENCH, FASHION AND CUISINE AT VALLEY VIEW HIGH
SCHOOL
Fashion is a means of self-expression. Paris is the fashion capital of the world. Our French 3
students discovered in class the life, work and in uence of the famous fashion designer Coco
Chanel. French 3 students created their own Chanel out t respecting their own fashion style
and uniqueness, and voilà: French fashion was reborn at Valley View.
In French 4 class students explored the bene ts of the Mediterranean diet. Students cooked
their favorite recipes and presented them in class. Exquisite taste and healthy eating habits
make this European diet an excellent choice if you want your cuisine to be more creative and
healthier.
