RETURN TO SCHOOL SURVEY: Parents must select the learning model for their child by September
25th. Once a selection is made, the survey choice is binding through the end of the second six weeks period
which is November 6th. In order for our campuses to prepare for in-person learning, we need all parents to
participate in the survey prior to September 25th. All parents who do not respond to the survey will be
defaulted to distance learning.
