DAILY ROUTINES Step Examples

Daily Routine for 3rd & 4th Grade Students
Step 1: Check-in with prescreening at home before coming to school
Step 2: Display screening clearance from digital device for temperature
check before exiting vehicle or boarding school bus
Step 3: Enter building with facemask through designated entrance and

apply hand sanitizer
Step 4: Report to designated waiting area/classroom keeping safe distance
from peers. Review STAAR Prep materials or read AR book.
Step 5: Place personal belongings in designated area and keep hands to

yourself
Step 6: Eat breakfast/lunch in the classroom and wash hands or apply hand
sanitizer before and after eating
Step 7: Follow learning schedule. Teacher will periodically do temperature
RETURN checks
Step 8: Restroom breaks following rotation schedule. Wash hands and

apply hand sanitizer at every break
Step 9: Pack your belongings carefully at the end of the day; reminder to

Step 10: Walk orderly at dismissal to designated pick up/bus area keeping
a safe distance from others.

Step 4: Report to designated waiting area/classroom keeping safe

Step 5: Report to classroom keeping safe distance
Step 6: Eat breakfast/lunch in the classroom and wash hands or
apply hand sanitizer before and after eating
Step 7: Follow learning schedule. Teacher will periodically do
temperature checks
Step 8: Follow from restroom monitor breaks. Wash hands and
apply hand sanitizer at every break
Step 9: Pack your belongings carefully at the end of the day.
Reminder to take digital device for prescreening the following day.
