VALLEY VIEW ELEMENTARY NAMED HONOR ROLL
SCHOOL
The Educational Results Partnership (ERP) Board of Directors and The Texas Business
Leadership Council (TBLC) named Valley View Elementary a 2018-2019 Texas Honor Roll
School. The ERP and TBLC recognize schools for their success in raising student academic
outcomes and closing achievement gaps. The organizations honored the school at a
celebration reception held at Knapp Medical Center Conference Center in Weslaco, October 2,
2019. In addition, the ERP and TBLC recognized Valley View Elementary for earning the Honor
Roll distinction 4 years in a row! Congratulations students, staff and parents! Mr. Cerda,
principal, and Mr. Serna, 3rd grade teacher, represented Valley View Elementary at the event.
