Child Nutrition Department

We would like to recognize the drivers for the Child Nutrition Department, Francisco
Enciso, Javier Escalante and Rolando Lopez. These hard-working men arrive early to do
their daily routes and routines to ensure that all cafeterias have all the necessary food
and equipment to serve our students and community. Aside from doing this, they also
keep up with the inventory in the central kitchen of all foods and other items needed for
the cafeterias. They also assist in unloading all commodities brought in from our food
providers and vendors and make sure they are stored properly in the freezers and
coolers. We are very grateful in having them in our team. Kudos to our drivers for their
endless efforts in serving the students of Valley View and the community.
