Norma Garcia
This week's Tiger Spotlight shines brightly on Ms. Norma
Garcia. She is currently the head of the Career and Technical
Department, sponsor for the Family Career & Community
Leaders of America (FCCLA), and a proud Valley View High
School teacher! Like all of our teachers, she has had to make
some serious adjustments to continue to keep our students
engaged, but the quality of her classes has not suffered. This
past week, Ms. Garcia put on her very own cooking show for
her culinary arts students! As she prepared an eggplant
"meatball" dish, she demonstrated proper techniques each
step of the way all while doing her own camerawork. Without
a doubt, she is teaching our students valuable life skills that
they will not soon forget. Thank you Ms. Garcia for the
amazing work you do!
